Houston G&S Singthrough CANCELLED

The Gilbert and Sullivan Society of Houston has cancelled their Thursday, February 23, singthrough of Trial by Jury and HMS Pinafore. It will be rescheduled at a later date.

The singthroughs are in advance of their April 1-2 auditions for the same shows. Information about the auditions is on the society website.

If you are curious about the Society, nervous about your intended audition, or just looking for a fun singthrough of G&S music, we encourage you to attend these events.

'Pirates' at St. Agnes through March 4

St. Agnes Academy presents The Pirates of Penzance, with performances February 24, March 3, and March 4 at 7:30 p.m. and a 2:00 p.m. matinee on Sunday, February 26. Tickets are $8 in advance and $10 at the door.

The cast and crew of RLOS Ruddigore are encouraged to attend the Friday, March 3, performance. We'll be organizing a carpool from campus.

Kimberly Fuselier, a Houston G&S regular (Gianetta in The Gondoliers, Ida in Princess Ida), is the assistant choral director at St. Agnes.
